Brad, of Harvey's Butchers, Norwich was adjudged the Best Student for the Management award. Brad was an Advanced Apprentice Student.
Daniel, of Farmers Choice Free Range, Fareham has been awarded the Meat Apprentice of the Year. Daniel is now an Advanced Student.

Nineteen-year-old apprentice butcher Lee Barton, who works for Croots Farm Shop in Derbyshire, has scooped two awards for some of the best sausages in the East Midlands, according to industry experts.
Lee's bronze award for his pork and cracked black pepper sausages and bronze award for his onion marmalade sausages helped take Croots' haul of certificates to 16 at the BPEX regional roadshow held at Newark Showground in Nottinghamshire.
