The content of the new award is broadly similar to RSPH Intermediate Certificate in Nutrition.
Added to the syllabus is the importance of food presentation and methods for promoting healthier food to staff and consumers.
The course covers:
- Importance of nutrients
- Nutrient composition of foods
- Importance of diet
- Principles of nutrition
Schedule: 9.30am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break plus 2 x 15 minute breaks)
Location: Ipswich
Cost: £371.61 plus VAT @ 17.5% (£65.03) = £436.64. Exam Fee £45.00 including VAT.
TOTAL: £481.64 inc VAT @ 17.5% (includes all course notes, tea, coffee and biscuits)
