We are a private company who specialise in food and meat training. We are based in Ipswich but travel throughout England in order to deliver our specialist training to the meat and fresh food industry.
Our Apprenticeship scheme is very successful. We have well over 100 young people at any given time working toward the Apprenticeship qualification in Butchery. These numbers are growing due to the increasing demand for Apprenticeships in Food and Drink.
