  • Advanced Certificate in Management (ACM) – this is made up of a total of 13 units covering topics such as leading and motivating staff, making money in a regulated environment, controlling costs, quality and production processes and employment legislation. Six of the units are assessed by way of a written exam, Six are assignments of approximately 2000 words and the final unit is a project based report.
  • Key Skills – this covers literacy and numeracy at Level 2. Through the evidence you collect for both the ACM and NVQ you will be able to meet the criteria for the Key Skills. There are also 2 exams to be taken to achieve both the literacy and the numeracy sections.
