Meat & Poultry Processing Higher Level NVQ Award 2009

James Curson (Howards Butchers, Norfolk) was awarded The National Award for Advanced Apprenticeship in Meat & Poultry Processing Management Award. Unfortunately James could not be at the Luncheon held at Butchers Hall, London due to work commitments.

James received a trophy, certificate and cheque.

Judges were impressed with a design and implementation of his ICT system which deals very efficiently with customer orders and accounts for retail catering and wholesale.
